Terms and conditions

All designs and elements are owned by Grey And Tiny Designs and may be used again in future designs. 

Files are sRBG, 10x10inches, 300 dpi

The purchaser of non / full or colourways exclusive design owns the Licensing rights for those designs to be printed onto fabric and final products. The files must not be redistributed. 

Colours may appear differently once printed due to device and screen settings so it is always recommended to get a sample before sending the design to print. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check their files before printing, although I make sure I double check all designs human error can always happen. 

You must NOT use any transparent files to create new seamless files, adding backgrounds is not permitted. All files are only to be used as sold  

Grey and Tiny Designs is not responsible for any printing errors. 

Designs must not be uploaded to any third party website(red bubble, spoonflower, etc) 

Designs must not be altered in any way by the purchaser. Please contact me to discuss any adjustments. Design must never be resold. 

In the event of a store closure the licensing rights will still remain yours, I do not buy back designs I already own and they are not to be sold or passed on. 

Designs must not be used as backgrounds for other files.

Png files are to be used as they are and not adjusted in anyway, they must not be used to create seamless designs. 

Colouring  sheets are to be used as colouring sheets ONLY, you must not use these for anything other than printing or digitally colouring for personal use.

If terms and conditions are breached, Grey and Tiny Designs holds the rights to withdraw licensing rights and exclusivity of designs without refund.
