Why can I not see the file images on some designs?

These are members only designs, you can join our Facebook and view all the designs in our group albums, then head back to the website to purchase!

Do your designs need extra licenses? 

No, no designs need any further licenses once purchased! 

Where can I find exclusive designs? 

Head over to our Instagram @Grey_and_tiny_designs where regular drops are uploaded for exclusive colourway designs, be sure to pop on notifications as our drops vary in times! 

Where can I find my purchase? 

All products on our website are digital downloads only, once purchase is complete these will be sent to your email, if you can’t find the email or have any trouble please use the contact page. 

Do you accept refunds/returns? 

Due to the nature of these products and them being digital downloads we do not accept any refunds or returns, if there are any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us using the contact page

Can I purchase and send files on to people I rep for? 

Once purchased the file can only be used by one person, if you are buying for someone else the file must ONLY be sent to one shop/person to use the file.
